Fuller breasts are one of the most common wishes of women who are not satisfied with their breasts. In many cases the bust has changed due to pregnancy or weight fluctuations. Sometimes, however, a female breast has never developed as desired. More and more often the wish is then expressed to enlarge the breasts with implants.
A woman can now choose from a wide range of sizes, shapes, outer walls and filling materials. In addition to the desired cup size, however, the shape of the ribcage, the structure of the connective tissue, the position of the mammary glands and the skin of the breast must also be taken into account. Or you can choose a round implant that is full and rather “sexy”, but also looks more artificial.

There are low profile implants, moderate profile implants, high profile implants or extra high profile implants. The larger the breast will be, the higher the projection profile should be.

The novel cover design is characterized by a special gentle texturing. Thanks to state-of-the-art nanotechnology, foreign substances such as sugar or salt can be dispensed with in the manufacture of the implant shell. The insertion of the implant is made easier and the play between the breast implant and the surrounding tissue is promoted because the implant can better adapt to the natural movements of the breast.
The Motiva product range offers a wide spectrum of different types of filling gel. The patient can choose from different optics and haptics. The fillings are all made of the ultra-soft and dimensionally stable ProgressiveGel, which prevents cracks during implantation and leakage or slippage after the procedure. The shape is perfectly retained!
Another criterion for the frequently expressed desire for Motiva products is the patented barrier technology BluSeal. This additional protective layer eliminates the risk of silicone gel leaking. For the first time, Motiva implants feature a patented blue colour marker which tells the surgeon from the outside that the protective function is given and the barrier layer is not damaged.
Consultation Before the Operation
The insertion of a breast implant in Turkey is always an individual operation. That is why your personal ideas and wishes are the focus of the consultation. Prepare yourself for a detailed discussion. After all, we would like to weigh up with you how we can best meet your desired appearance. In addition to the aesthetic component, the medically relevant part is the focus of the conversation. You will be informed about the course of the operation, the implant, possible complications and the postoperative course. Finally, we decide together on the ideal shape and dimensions of the implant. The consultation can also take place on the day of the operation and is always free of charge.
Breast Implants: before and after surgery
The procedure is performed by Prof. Dr. E. Ismail or a specialist at the clinic in Istanbul and usually takes about one to two hours. It is always performed under general anesthesia. Before the operation, our internist will subject you to a preoperative examination with blood withdrawal, ECG examination and analysis of your state of health. Please allow for about one to two days of bed rest for your stay in the clinic and for the following week. Afterwards you can start your return journey from Turkey. From the second week onwards, you can resume normal activities, but you cannot take part in any physically strenuous activities. Bear in mind that you should wear a support bra for about six weeks. During this time, no sports activities are allowed. The scars must also not be exposed to sun or solarium radiation for at least two months.
